In accordance with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA),  Accertify permits data subjects (individuals or consumers) to request access, deletion, or correction of their personal data held by companies.

Accertify is a service provider; our clients are mostly merchants that sell goods and services via the Internet.

Accertify may have an individual’s personal data in two cases.  Accertify may have received an individual’s personal data because the individual may have patronized a merchant that is an Accertify client.  Or, Accertify may have received an individual’s personal data via the Accertify.com website, at an industry event, or through some other marketing effort.

Data Access Requests may be made to Accertify as follows:

Individual – An individual who made a transaction with an Accertify client may ask Accertify directly for access to their personal data.

Merchant/Client – Accertify’s client companies may submit a data access request based on a request it receives from its consumers/customers.

Business Contact – An individual who gave their personal data to Accertify for marketing purposes (at an industry event or to receive marketing material) may ask Accertify directly for access to their personal data, via the dropdown below or by utilizing this toll-free number (833) 257-9405.
